After completing the language internship, participants maintain contact with the host organization and remain in the company’s internal database. This creates a long-term connection with the employer — if new positions or projects appear in the future, priority is often given to program graduates who already know the corporate culture and standards.

The adaptation period varies for each participant and depends on personality and openness. The main rule is simple: do not be afraid to speak and ask questions. No one expects perfect language skills from day one. Initiative and communication are always valued: the more actively you engage with the team and program, the faster confidence develops. If something is unclear, ask, observe colleagues, and offer your help.
